FILM AND MEDIA 2014: Outline Conference Schedule


Conference Desk: Check-In


Please check-in at the Conference Desk on Level 3 of the Institute of Education (facing the main street entrance at 20 Bedford Way WC1) from 8.45am onwards on Thursday 26 June 2014.  


Meet the Conference Team and receive your Conference Badge, Bag, and full Conference Programme. If you arrive early enough, please come and enjoy some welcome refreshments.


The Conference Desk will remain open throughout the conference. Members of the Conference Team will be there to help you at any time.


Room Allocations


Room allocations will be confirmed in the final Conference Programme which you will receive at check-in. All our rooms are close together in the same building.


Conduct of Panels


Please consult our Advisory Notes for Speakers and Panel Chairpersons, available elsewhere on this website. Please read this document carefully if you are a Speaker or a Panel Chairperson.


Technology Support


The Advisory Notes also contain information about the technology support available to you. Contact the check-in desk in case of any problems, and we will send a Technical Officer to help you.
