Registration Fees: Payment Page

For obvious financial and security reasons, everyone in attendance at the event must be registered and pay a fee. 

With reference to the categories of registration below, please contact us if you are not sure to which category you belong!

These Options are currently available:

1.  REGULAR Standard: £215.00 [from 1 May 2014]

Following the Speaker Registratiomn Deadline of April 30, this rate applies only to Delegates. 

Names of Delegates registering by 1 June 2014 will be included in the Conference Programme.

2.  REGULAR Concession: £140.00 [from 1 May 2014]

Following the Speaker Registration Deadline of April 30, this rate applies only to Delegates. 

This level of fee applies only to applicants who are Full-Time students, or who fall into the usual UK concessionary categories. Please clarify your status if you claim this category. 

Names of Delegates registering by 1 June 2014 will be included in the Conference Programme. 

3.  Onsite Delegate Registration (only if numbers permit)

[Cash or Certified Cheque only; not available to Speakers]

Standard:    £240.00 

Concession: £175.00

We regret to announce that Day Rates are not available for this event. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Our payments are handled by the global money transfer system PayPal. This system works directly with a variety of Bank and Credit Cards if you do not have your own Paypal account. For colleagues from countries without PayPal faclities, we are able to arrange transfer by Western Union upon request.

You may print an instant receipt from the Paypal page. We will confirm your registration as soon as possible by sending you a copy of your PayPal receipt. Formal company receipts are available on request. 

The fees payable include the money-handling charge imposed by PayPal, which is carried by us. Academic Conferences London Ltd. is not required to be registered for VAT (Value Added Tax), and thus no VAT is charged on our registration fees.

Please contact us for further information if you wish us to invoice your institution. A surcharge of £25.00 will apply if we need to undertake additional administrative arrangements to become a recognised supplier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Early Bird

Cancellations are acepted via Academic Conferences London until 16 May 2014. A refund of 50% of the fee paid is available, minus any relevant bank charges. No EARLY BIRD refunds are available after 16 May 2014. 

Regular

Cancellations are accepted via Academic Conferences London until 1 June 2014. A refund of 50% of the fee paid is available, minus any relevant bank charges. No REGULAR refunds are available after 1 June 2014.
